Terms and Conditions

  1. Ownership: The User acknowledges that PulseLearning retains sole right, title, and interest in and to the I Am Here Arena and all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating thereto.

  2. Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will PulseLearning be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages resulting from or in connection with the use of the I Am Here Arena, whether in an action based on contract or tort, including negligence or strict liability, even if PulseLearning has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  3. No Warranties: The I Am Here Arena is provided “as is” and “as available” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, PulseLearning expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the I Am Here Solution, including all implied warranties of merchantability, performance, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringements. PulseLearning does not warrant that the I Am Here Arena will be provided error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or virus free.

  4. Confidentiality: The User shall keep secret and confidential all information and know-how that they obtain from the I Am Here Arena.
